You may fill in the form below if you wish to pay with PayPal (use one form for each workshop) or you may download and print out the Registration Form in PDF format if you wish to pay by check and mail your registration.
All workshops have a minimum and maximum enrollment. Therefore it is important to register as early as possible to insure yourself a place in the workshop. Acknowledgement of your registration will be sent to you by e- mail or U.S. mail which will include your balance, a supplies list, the location of your workshop, a map and other information.
You can register on-line and pay through PayPal, e-mailing the registration form to us, or print the registration form from our web-site and send it with your check made out to Mystic Mountain Art, Inc. and mail to: Mystic Mountain Art, Inc., 2381 Fairbanks Road, New Woodstock, New York, 13122. A registration will not be accepted without payment. ( No registration faxes please. ) Fifty percent (50%) of the workshop cost, including fees, is required to register. Balance is due at least 14 days before the start of the first date of the workshop you wish to take. Payment in full is gladly accepted at any time. A fee of $25 will be charged for a check returned for in-sufficient funds.
The description, cost and fees for each workshop is listed on the workshop details. A Certificate of Completion will be given to each student at the successful conclusion of their workshop. The New Woodstock location requires stair climbing.
